Maju Freitas is 20 years old, a professional surfer and instructor. She learn how to surf at just 2 years old with her father, Marcelo Freitas, three-time Longboard World Champion and after that she never stopped. At the age of 14, she decided to start her competitive career and participated in numerous events, being U-16 Brazilian Champion and runner-up Junior Brazilian Champion. Her passion goes far beyond just surfing, Maju loves to share her knowledge and provide her students with unforgettable moments in the sea. Maju is also a Yoga instructor and seeks to bring some of that philosophy to her classes, with stretches and specific exercises for surfing.
